I get stuck when I'm in view shader mode, but switching to wireframe and render mode is smooth, and when I turn off the shadow option it's smooth

Thanks for the report. Does this happen in particular .blend file?
Any difference with factory settings: File → Defaults → Load Factory Settings

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software but still have this problem

Reinstalling software won't reset the user preferences I guess (not entirely sure though)

I clicked again to load initial settings but the problem persists

Any difference in the viewport navigation after disabling the shadow option (present in viewport overlays popup)?

I have the same problem as T93073, and there will be no lag after turning off the shadow
