Yes, thanks @Pratik Borhade (PratikPB2123), I already updated nvidia drivers and the problem remains. I'm for now using the blender_factory_startup.cmd or blender_debug_gpu.cmd commands. Both are working well. Blender.exe is not working, though. I'm pretty sure the Python VR libraries are causing this issue, I'll try to uninstall them soon.

Instead of the blender_debug_gpu.cmd, try using the factory startup cmd file to open Blender.

Something weird is happening: When I start Blender from the blender_debug_gpu.cmd command it works perfectly!! So, maybe no crash log is generated in that way. But when executing blender.exe it remains doing the same: black screen and exit.
I'm attaching the two files but can't find crash.txt in %temp%
