I have done everything you spoke of
I have cycles working with CPU only,
I took out the 1070 Card to no joy the 2070 same issues still
Did a full purge of every blender version complete clean install no addons

Greetings all Developers, I have rebuilt the whole PC, and still no joy

Well, I did all that I have been told to do, nothing working and no help?

edited the Regedit file as you said "https://docs.substance3d.com/spdoc/gpu-drivers-crash-with-long-computations-128745489.html for guide on how to increase acceptable delay."

Ive now installed the Cuda Tool kit to see if that would help, Cant think of anything else todo, Just tried again Render then live cycles view and Blank outline of a Van i took all Textures off in case that was the issue

I have tried it with the Ford Transit Van, Everything was working fine yesterday while I was Modeling the van, came to texture it today and the Cycles render was not having it, I uninstalled all of the blender addons and blender, reinstalled All Nvidia Drivers, Tried the Van and render then nothing in Cycles live render view Just black, with Orange outline as above in photo,
