This one is major that don't allow many users to use 3rd party models right away without spending additional time to reconnect and repair armature. Another one is that sizes and orientation of the bones are not correctly imported. I created topic about it here: https://developer.blender.org/T72386
After import FBX into Blender I believe importer doesn't load data about children-parent connection. There is force connection that we can select but it work more like a guess than real data import. Simply when we do armature we describe what is parent and what is child and how IK should behave. If we import same file into blender its not importing this data.

I will try to reproduce this maybe on monday - now I have a lot of work(maybe I will find sth more because whole project is made in 2.8 Beta). Is there any way to post some ideas?(for example move X from right side of scene menu because with many layers is easy to click delete scene)

Now I deleted this copied camera and again select old camera as active and now it looks like it is working properly.
Yes, it behave in same way. But if I "go out" of camera it start working properly.
