Guys, on Blender 2.92 this bug existing too. I just checked the Release candidate. Same symptoms, the console don't generate any information after recreating the bug too.

One more detail: Spikes happens not always.... Like it depends on the angle. If I try to draw a straight horizontal or vertical line everything is okay.

I don't have this problem on Asus Strix GTX1070OC. Try to update the driver or reinstall blender.
Maybe, but we can't render low poly objects normally. It's too long for waiting for 2.8x version. Please, fix this. For some people, it's not a bug, but for game developers - it's HUGE problem.
