Also, my left Ctrl keys work fine with shortcuts such as Ctrl + N, Ctrl + S, etc but don't know why it couldn't create masks.

I just found out that out of two Ctrl keys, only the right one is working. I don't know why my left Ctrl key is not working.

"task status" is just a method to organise reports, nothing to worry about (except when it's invalid), and it's mostly self explanatory.
