I did find a workaround which does break some stuff inside of geonodes but does export everything with uvs.

In the viewport press space and write "make instances real" Then you get a model with uvs that you can export.

Hello, I encountered the same issue, I'm working on a large scene that i export on unreal engine; it's a ruined church so there are alot of bricks
I placed them by hands but then i discovered geometry nodes and a very simple node setup allowed me to use vertices to place my 3 different brick models ( low poly models and i baked high poly on them to have a nice texture)
So I tried to export this but the geo nodes werent visible in the fbx, after i put a realize instance node, the geometry is visible but without any uv unwrap
I didn't read the whole discussion but it seems that there is no official fix to this? Not any addon that could fix this too?
Geo nodes are amazing but if you cant use it for games its very frustrating
