It ONLY happens with a cube shape as well. I have tried every mesh primitive, and none of them have this issue. Its like it only happens on edges with a 90 degree angle

All you did was disable the raycast. This isnt the final result of what I was going to do and need the raycast. You are hiding the bug by doing something in another way.

I am expecting all of the points outside of the cube to be deleted
