Yes it might make more sense to default it to this style of scroll but this was definitely a very "Apple" type move lol (ironic). I am a firm believer that you should have the option as the user to change this feature... I would love to hear a valid counter to this argument as I cannot think of anything. :/ There are people who will continue to manually fix this with special builds every time and it would be nice not to make them have to go and bother with that every release.
