I was able to reproduce a crash (on both Linux and Windows) when adding a sound file to the sequencer. It does not happen when using a blank file, but does when my content is loaded. I'm happy to provide a blend file to reproduce the issue if you're interested.

Thane Brimhall (pennomi) added a comment to D5037: Fix syntax for matrix multiplication in GLTF exporter.
Attached is a file that crashes the exporter when using the GLB exporter. With this patch, it exports without crashing.
