I updated drivers. It did't help.

On the other (PC) computers this blend file appears to be ok.

I used alt + LMB when "Emulate 3 Button Mouse" is on and it doesn't work. I had to switch to RMB. It works with LMB when I turn off "Emulate 3 Button Mouse" but I dont want to turn it off.
