I added some screenshots to show what it looks like -- because when I try to figure what is this "Objects" node appearing in the outliner, I get yellow-text messages on the bottom-right of the window saying "not yet implemented". --- so I suppose there must be bugs happening with whatever changes being made in regards to it.

the problem also occurs when deleting a new collection.

the N-key properties features things more clearly for me. I am going to see how I was getting that red-fill strip previously.
