Actually I just went to the Blender site to find 2.93.1 is officially released, downloaded it, tried to install - same error. Checked the signature and it was OK. Then I tried it from the command prompt and it worked. Do you need the install log anyway when it was successfully installed?

I try installing it from time to time, but nothing changes.

I have the exact same problem (same behaviour, same messages, same error codes) now with the new 2.93 LTS installer. And since there is no 32 bit or 64 bit download and I never had this error(s) before I guess it's not dependent on it. I have Windows 10 64 bit.
