vack (vack) closed T79099: Can not be opened on dual monitor (onborad and Graphic card's HDMI) as Resolved.
The problem is gone after updating the windows into 2004.

No, I don't think so. I did't get that sentence about OpenGL 3.3. Blender is working if you set the graphic card output as main display.
