[Work in progress] Strech profile curves around turns in curve to mesh. This is done by 1) computing the desired stretch amount to keep the connecting edges parallel to the curve segment. 2) represent a profile point in the profile's own transform space, and then stretch it along the profile normal direction. This addresses T80979.
