This patch adds dynamic tool hints when hovering over items in File Manager. This is useful mostly for Thumbnail views since you can't otherwise see dates and sizes. It has the ability - although not fleshed out much - to vary the information by type. For example, here is an image file: {F8985044} while this is a font file: {F8985045}
