This bug happened on multiple PCs.
Blender version: 2.70 (19e627c) official build from www.blender.org
The BI Raytracer fails to check for an intersection between a ray and a triangle when using the BLI BVH acceleration structure.
How to reproduce this bug:
Load Default Startup file
Delete the cube and the lamp
Add a plane
Assign a material to the plane which uses a raytraced mirror
Add an icosphere with one subdivision
Move it exactly 1 blender unit up on the z-axis.
Go to Properties > Render > Performance
Set the acceleration structure to BLI BVH
Now render the scene
Now there is one triangle missing in the reflection{F82316}
