Worked: (optional)
**Short description of error**
Maybe this isn't a bug, maybe more of a feature request?
when using the new option to only move parent, it only works with the move command not if you use the global transform input or snap to cursor command.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
make two objects. make one of the objects a parent of the other.
set the option for transform to only affect parents and choose the parent object.
If you move the object with ´g´ shortcut everything works fine. If you try to use shift+s to snap to 3d cursor it will move both parent and children even if it should not.
this is the same for origin.
It would be much better if it was possible to snap to cursor and still only affect the parent/origin.
I almost forgot, it doesn't work with global transform inputs either. see my attached gif.
