**Short description of error**
When there are a lot of color spaces to choose from, the UI for selecting them is cut off and it is not possible to select colorspaces out of the screen (e.g. when using ACES).
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
- activate ACES in Windows Environment Variables
- open Blender
- try to choose a color space (e.g. Color Management -> Sequencer)

-> the only workaround at the moment is to scale the UI down in the Preferences
