**Short description of error**
When attempting to enable Dynamic Topology on a Plane mesh object, Blender will crash. This does not occur in 3.3.1 LTS.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
* Create a new File
* Add a Plane Mesh Object
* Enter Sculpt Mode
* Turn on Dynamic Topology and press Ok when a warning appears
Blender should(~80% chance) crash.
* This doesn't occur with enclosed objects like Cubes\
* This does not occur with non-manifold meshes
* This DOES occur when creating a plane by deleting all but one side of a cube
