**Short description of error**
The attache .dae has been check for XML validation and coherency.
I loads fine in many applications (Max/openCOLLADA, Apple preview ...)
The attached .mov shows the model correctly loaded and animated by apple preview
The attached .png show that the model is messed up loaded by blender
First of all, the model is Y_UP, so when loaded in Blender it should automatically be converted to Blender UP axis, and be along the Z axis then. (Blender is Z_UP).
But when animation is played, it is completly wrong, the model is twisted (poor little green man) backward.
Note that I spent time to create a simple example, but this problem has been a recurring problem with Blender for a long time. It is not specific to this .dae. Many people have complained about blender COLLADA importer over the past year.

**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
Import attached dae in blender
also, double click on the .dae on a mac, to see the correct model/animation using preview.
