**Issue Description:**
The Redo panel has a collapse arrow, but it doesn’t work as expected. Rather than collapsing the redo panel, it collapses an invisible panel *inside* the redo panel. This is not only useless, but confusing too. Users will accidentally minimise this panel and not be able to find the tool settings.
**Proposed Solution:**
Either remove this collapse arrow, or make it actually collapse the entire redo-panel
