**Short description of error**
For a long time, after tools (T) added to node editors, the tweak tool behaves same as box select tool in node editors. On the other hand, in 3d
viewport tweak tool works as expected (only tweaking and moving objects and not having box selection).
But in the node editor, tweak tool makes box selections ''when it should not be able to do it''.
After this functional issue is solved, boxselection should also be made as the default tool that pops up when we open node editors same as 3d viewport because people more likely to want to have box selection behavior when they open a node editor, but people who want to use only tweak tool behavior without box selection can choose that TWEAK tool if it behaves as expected after fix
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
Open Blender
Change timeline window on bottom to any node editor / Open a Geometry node editor or shader editor panel
Press T Shortcut to open Tools on Node Editor
Select TWEAK tool
Try to have box selection by left click+move mose
It makes a box selection even though the active tool is not BOX SELECT tool
(Make this same process on 3d viewport and tweak tool only move object but do not make box selections)
