**Short description of error**
This issue is only related to the branch: `greasepencil-object`:
Can't change the thickness of a stoke, nor a point via `Alt` + `S` (or the tool itself) in Edit mode.
This issue was introduced by this Git commit: `d646652d609f0c78e636e8365d2d0e9455677ac7` (rBd646652d609f)
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
1. Open Blender 2.82.x (Branch: `greasepencil-object`)
2. Select `2D Animation`
3. Draw a line
4. Press `Tab` to change to Edit mode
5. Select the line you drew
6.a) Either: Select the `Radius`-Tool and drag your mouse
6.b) Or: Press `Alt` + `S` and drag your mouse
**Note:**
6.a) or 6.b) should make the selected line thicker or thinner, but it does nothing visible.
