**System Information**
Windows 10, Nvidia's 980
**Blender Version**
Broken: 2.77 22a2853 and 2.77a abf6f08
**Short description of error**
Turning motion blur on increases memory usage per frame when rendering an animation eventually causing a OutOfMemory error. Frames can be rendered as still images (clicking "Render" instead of "Animation") without a problem. I tried resetting my settings without success. [[ https://developer.blender.org/T33465 | This ]] seems to suggest it shouldn't happen (apparently fixed in 2.65), although I couldn't find a definitive answer.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
I created a simple .blend file to reproduce it. It's just a falling cube.
Steps:
1- Turn on motion blur
2- Render animation
You can test it renders fine without the motion blur
