Hi, People of Blender Support
I got this issue for around 5 weeks now . I was using Blender through Steam normally after the 2.75 release. One day i start blender, the command promt starts running (as usual), them it´s shows some error messages at the end very fast and blender gets close automatically. I tried also with the non-Steam Blender from Blender.org/download, but the problem still persist.
**System Information**
Windows 7 Ultimate Virtual C++ Package 2013
AMD FX6300 3.5 GHz 4 GB RAM
Nvidia G force 210 (updated drivers)
**Blender Version:**
Broken: 2.75a
Worked: not tested
**Error Description:** as far i can see
AL lib: (EE) UpdateDeviceParams: Failed to set 44100hz, got 48000hz EXCEPTION_ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION
But, at the bottom shows something like:
AppOverdelay.dll deattaching. i don´t know for sure (is too fast. can´t read)
I was following some comments from the Steam community (same issue) and tried a few things like:
- Downloading and adding the open32.dll file to blender folder .
- Uninstall and install windows 7.
- Changing the audio settings in Advance Options 24 bit 48000hz to 16 bit 48000hz and lowest.
this is a wonderful program that i miss a lot to use,
