**Short description of error**
Force Fields still affect inactive ('Dynamic' off, 'Animated' on) Rigid Bodies, making them move after becoming active, even if the Force Field's strength is at 0 then.
I discovered this issue when animating a Chess match where the fractured pieces get pushed away by a Force Field after getting taken down, and the next fractured pieces explode when becoming active, due to the previous Force Field (each piece has it's own Force Field).
