**Short description of error**
(transform orientations = global)
Create a cylinder, rotate it 90° on y, try to rotate it on x with the transform-panel on the right
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
(transform orientations = global)
1.) Create an Cylinder
2.) Rotate it 90° on Y
3.) Try to rotate it on x with "Transform - panel" on the right. It will rotate on the z axes.
If you rotate it like "press R and select the x - axe with middle mouse" it will work.
