Win 7 64 bit, ATi 7970

Blender crashed after a brush is deleted with a single click on the X.
I add a Cube go to texture paint mode and creat a uv map and then I add a paint slot and a diffuse color option.
Then I click on the X to delete the Brush and Blender crashed.
I try it to setup a new texture slot to paint now a alpha value f. example so thats why.
I found no Layer option t o creat a new layer.
