**Short description of error**
If I do a smooth stroke on this mesh and undo it breaks the whole mesh weirdly.
It happens when I sculpt anything really, I noticed after.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
Just smooth it out and undo after. Happens in 2.93 as well.
If I go to edit mode it gets fixed magically.
