**Short description of error**
Experimental Sculpt Vertex Colors are only accessible from either script or from the script console. Also the settings does not save upon saving the preferences, saving as startup file, nor saving the file.

Mode switching while in render/material mode can cause sculpt vertex colors to turn black. I have to switch my Viewport Shading to "Solid" and back to "Render or Material"
