**Short description of error**
Hi, I found a bug in version 2.93.2 and version 3.0.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2021-07-01 21:46, hash: 0ff1c38fcc8c
This problem occurs, when in the collection of objects, used to perform the Boolean operation, there is also an empty object, which in this case, I need as an offset object for the series of objects.
If I remove the vacuum it has no problems running.
