**Short description of error**
Working with animated attributes coming from Geometry Nodes in the Graph Editor is a "fight in the dark" since each channel created does not reflect the name neither in the Group Input or Modifiers Tab.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
1. Expose an arbitrary attribute for Geometry Nodes Modifier;
2. Insert a key-frame for it;
3. Open the Graph Editor;
4. I will see the channel created does not have a familiar name to it (something "Input_N#) making it very difficult to work with multiple animated attributes coming from the geo nodes modifier.
