**Short description of error**
When rendering a smoke domain with Adaptive Domain on in Blender Internal, the voxel data is mapped incorrectly. It appears (to my eye) that the voxels from the "adaptive" part of the domain are mapped to the entire domain object, then only the adaptive part is rendered. This results in the smoke being shifted and scaled incorrectly in the final render.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
1. Open the blend file, and hit alt-a to start baking the smoke sim with adaptive domain.
2. After a bit, stop the animation and render a frame. Notice that the rendered smoke appears in the wrong location. A cube with a wireframe material is included to help show the placement of the smoke relative to the entire domain object.
3. Press shift-left arrow to return to first frame, and uncheck "Smoke Adaptive Domain."
4. Repeat steps 1 and 2. Smoke should appear correctly within the domain.
