**System Information**
Operating system: Win 10 Pro
Graphics card: Nvidia (that has no problem)
**Blender Version**
Broken: (blender-2.82-c69872bd2ff3-windows64) v 2.82 Alpha
Worked: (v 2.80) Official
**Short description of error**
Error #1: When joining 2 windows on a vertical join there is no "Join Area" to choose. On horizontal join it has the :Join Area" option.
Error #2: When animating anything in Eevee the final render shows light pops (or what they call "fireflies")
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
Error #1 Recreate: Simply open a new area from either left or right, then open an area from top to bottom.
Then on the separator going up and down right click when the double arrows appear.
The "Join Area" doesn't appear on the bottom 2 areas, but sometimes appears on the 2 upper areas.
Error #2 Recreate: This one is more in depth and I will attach the blend file I did for visual reference.
I created a scene, added Objects, and rendered it in the default settings for Eevee.
If i just did the animation as JPGs then you can see where the fireflies appear in the renders.
I used the AVI to have Blender creatye it into a video file instead and same error.
Note: There was no problem in the Official version. This is for the experimental version 2.82 Alpha and Beta
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
{F8081537} Is a video of error #1. Note I show on both the 2.80 official and then the 2.82 Alpha (this does the same on beta as well.
{F8081477} Is Error #2 the actual blend file. Note it works fine in 2.80 Official, but not in the 2.82 Alpha or Beta build.
{F8081555} This is a video showing the fireflies in the animation after rendering it (this is not the actual rendered video. It was screen cast to sow the issue))
