**Short description of error**
When you set the spacebar action of the blender keymap to search, then the tooltip in the tool shelf is partially incomplete.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
In Edit mode, check the tooltip of one of the tools. Extrude region for example.
- Open Preferences
- Go to Keymap
- Change Spacebar Action to search
Now watch the same tooltip again. It will miss the shortcut entry now.
There is a similar issue with custom keymaps, which shows similar behaviour. Not sure though if it is the same cause. Custom keymaps does not have the Preferences from the default keymap.

While it looks fine to remove the spacebar shortcut then, the tool hotkey vanishes then too. Which is for extrude the hotkey E for example.
