**Short description of error**
When a object is duplicated with `Shift+D` and is quickly locked to a axis of movement with the middle mouse button, it uses the `View` transform orientation rather than the one specified.

**Exact steps to reproduce**
1. Select a object.
2. Press `Shift+D` to duplicate.
3. Very quickly after pressing `Shift+D` (E.G. within a half second) , press the `Middle mouse button` to lock the movement of the object to a certain axis.
4. Note that the transform orientation is acting as if it was set to `View`, even when `View` isn't the set transform orientation.
