**Short description of error**
UV editor's Align operator says the wrong axis. The tooltip is wrong too. Align X aligns on Y axis, and align Y aligns on X axis.

Open default file
go to the uv editor
select uvs
press shift+W
align X, they will be aligned in the Y axis
