**Short description of error**
Mipmaps are broken when using JPG images in a UDIM tile texture. From my tests, PNG image textures do not share the issue.

**Steps to reproduce based on test file**
Test File: {F12938665}
1) Unpack the texture.
2) Change source type from `Single Image` to `UDIM Tiles`.
3) Observe the difference.
