Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 460.89
**Blender Version**
Broken: version: 2.92.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2020-12-28 09:22, hash: `rB823f0da702f1`
Worked: 2.91
**Short description of error**
When doing a long scroll with the middle mouse button drag, it returns to the start position when releasing the middle mouse button.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
- Select the default cube.
- Shift+D to duplicate, and RMB (Right mouse button to leave move mode)
- Shift+R to repeat (keep pressing around 200 times, or just leave the keys down)
- There should be around 200 objects on the scene.
- On the outliner, hold MMB (middle mouse button) and drag down and try to get to the last object
- Release the MMB, and the outliner returns to the start, which isn't what happens in previous versions and breaks the scroll.
