**Short description of error**
After I smooth my sculpt in sculpt mode (using dyntopo and symmetry) I get these spiky or indent looking artefacts that are visible in Edit mode and Object mode (not visible sculpt mode). On close inspection these spikes appear to be a visual illusion on how the faces are being lit in the viewport. They are visible in solid, lookdev and rendered. When I export the model to cura, there is no bumps visible on the mesh. No matter how much I try to smooth them away, with or without dyntopo, with or without symmerty, I cannot make them dissapear. Dyntopo with Edge collapse appear to inconsistently remove them, possibly add new ones?

**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
I was unable to reproduce the issue using a new blender startup file and only sculpting, dyntopo and smoothing, so I cannot find the real cause, but the forums urged me to post this as a bug report. https://blenderartists.org/t/what-causes-these-spikes/1188076
The model was initially created with a mesh import from masterpieceVR, i worked on it with dyntopo, remesh modifier, possibly boolean operations, masks, 3d print toolbox "make manifold". The problems might not have appeared until after the masks, but I cannot say for sure what caused it.
