**Short description of error**
Changing the Axis property of Align to Transform Orientation does nothing. It should either determine which of the target axes the object's Z is aligned with or which of the objects axes is aligned with the target's Z.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
1. Add a Suzanne or any other model that shows what direction it's pointing
2. Rotate the object so it's not aligned with the world
3. Use Align to Transform Orientation
4. Set the Orientation to Global (or anything else it's not aligned with) in the redo panel
4. Change the Axis to X or Y in the redo panel
