We need to generate previews for videos in Training for the video poster and continue training cards (16:9 820px wide). I think automatic generation with AWS would be ideal, It would be good to be able to over-write this in the backend as I know some courses have custom previews for each episode.

If no thumbnail is is found for the section and the video has a thumbnail, try to use the thumbnail of the video itself.
