**Short description of error**
After selecting a mesh and and an armature and parenting with automatic weights, weights are mostly incoherent, a bone can move vertices nearest from adjacent bones for example.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
I imported that hand from an fbx, the armature from another fbx and modified it, I applied the transforms for each after scaling the mesh.
