**System Information**
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.18362-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 432.00
**Blender Version**
Broken: version: 2.92.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2020-12-27 21:45, hash: `rBaa64fd69e733`
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)
**Short description of error**
When you enable transparency for an image empty, sliding the transparency to 1 will actually set it to 0. The only way to set it to 1 is to type it in.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
-Add an image empty
-Enable Transparency
-Click and drag to slide the value away from 1
-Slide the value back to 1

I'd also like to mention that the label doesn't match the value - it doesn't make sense to increase a value called Transparency in order to make it more opaque. It should either be flipped or called Opacity or Alpha.
Thanks!
