**Short description of error**
Using the import export features to make a 3rd party (in my case Mixamo.com character) 7.x FBX file into a 6.1FBX file creates skin weighting anomoly
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
Import the attached fbx file
Export the file as FBX sdk = 6.1
Compare source and original I'm not sure if you will detect this by recycling back into blender again -I had to switch to mac to track this bug down in Cheetah3d (I'm a blender novice - but retrograding fbx files in the above manner is a SUPER powerfull tool to me - if not for this bug) and in viewing in Cheetah 3d the weighting has lost quality in the knees and elbows as a result of importing and exporting from Blender .{F178722}
