Hint: The armature was initially created by the skin modifier. And i also got some very weird things going on with the pie menu for the o-key: clicking on the header button just switched the operation on or off, but no menu popped up, so no "connected"-option available. Those options where also not in the edit-mode-o-pie, just the falloff types (constant, random,...), but for a second i had a totally different pie with an option at the 6 o clock position to only translate the origins of objects (which can be found now in the pivot dropdown), but that disappeared again for good. Very starnge. Maybe a conflict of the pie addon and the new default options ("tab for pie menu")?

I forgot to mention that you can't rotate the bones in pose mode except for using the value sliders in the bone tab. Neither widgets nor keyboard shortcuts ("r", "s") work. Even the deault plane suffers from this behaviour. I searched for 2 days for the reason, "s") workbut without result.
