When changing transform pivot options in objects mode, only 3D cursor is working.
Options such as Bounding Box look the same as default, transforming from origin of the objects.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
1. Open Blender
2. Add an object
3. Move Pivot Point away from the centre of the object
4. In object mode, switch pivot to bounding box and scale or rotate - the scaling will happen from the origin, not from bounding box.
