**System Information** Operating system: macOS-11.6-x86_64-i386-64bit 64 Bits Graphics card: AMD Radeon R9 M370X OpenGL Engine ATI Technologies Inc. 4.1 ATI-4.6.20 **Blender Version** Broken: version: 3.0.0, branch: master, commit date: 2021-12-02 18:35, hash: `rBf1cca3055776` **Short description of error** A problem happened in all blenders versions from 2.8 until 3.0 when I open blender to add a mesh or use any shortcuts non of them is work only edit mode worked and nothing else this problem happened with me in blenders version so I think it's in my hardware but keyboard work perfectly in chrome or any app except blender **Exact steps for others to reproduce the error** when I open blender I can't use any shortcuts like adding mesh with shortcuts " Shift + A " I can't but I see down that shift button is responding but nothing appears "pop-menu to select " This problem happened in modeling, Animation " T shortcut and I shortcut " shortcuts suddenly work when I leave blender open for a while then try to use shortcuts and it's work and doesn't know how it's work or how it's stopped **Here is a video for what happened : https://youtu.be/CarRCDT_Dhg **Thank You so much
