After scaling a filled curve that has an extrude value, then normalizing (apply) scale, the curve "remembers" it scale instead of it being reset as I would expect.
See attached blender file, how can I get the bottom row of circles to all have the same extrude amount??

**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
[Please describe the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue]* create 2 or more path objects (bezier circle is fine)
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]
* Fill and extrude curve in object panel
* scale to a different size, i.e. 2x original size
* Object > Apply > Scale
* Curve object remembers scale of curve, doesn't update extrude amount based on real-world units as it should be 1x scale now
